New Senior Network Development Manager

We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Pete Singleton as our new Senior Network Development Manager to support the continued expansion of the PoGo Charge ultra-rapid EV network.

Pete has a wealth of experience in business development working with property consultants, developers, landlords and investment companies to help best identify suitable roadside sites to provide EV charging. Formerly Site Acquisition Manager at SMS Plc, and with a passion for renewable energy and cleantech, Pete’s arrival complements the recent appointment of Dan O’Boyle as Operations Director.

We enjoyed significant success last year at PoGo, cementing multiple partnership agreements with landowners and developers, and identifying a significant number of new sites for ultra-rapid EV charging at retail, hospitality and roadside locations across the UK. Pete will play a pivotal role in delivering the planned sites already in the pipeline and help create new expansion opportunities for the network to grow.

Tom Davies, Business Development Director at PoGo believes Pete is joining at an exciting time: “His experience and contacts will help us to deliver on our ambitions as a network, and to build the right relationships for sustainable growth in the future. I am sure that his vast experience in EV charging, and experiences gained from multiple roles within the energy, solar power, water utilities and telecoms spaces, will strengthen our team going forward.”

Pete says he is delighted to join PoGo: “I am joining an ambitious and forward-thinking company with such a talented team. They are already at the forefront of delivering the very best in terms of ultra-rapid EV charging from identifying great locations to creating accessible, en route charging locations for all drivers. We share the same passion and commitment to accelerate the deployment of ultra-charging across the UK and ultimately making EV driving viable and fun.”
