When he’s not leading the team in driving sustainable mobility solutions, you might find him perfecting his golf swing or lending a hand to support local charitable events.

As Business Development Director at PoGo, he drives growth and spearheads charging location pipeline.

Tom’s team manage and lead the process of site acquisition from initial engagement all the way through to the site being ready for pre-construction to commence.

Tom’s a dynamic thinker, excelling in addressing industry challenges and sharing successful business strategies.

In his spare time Tom has a keen interest in football and cricket and enjoys running. He loves pub quizzes, reading, traveling and attempting to cook (he’s much better at quizzing).

A self-professed whizz at excel, growth and excellence are at the heart of Greg’s activities through data analytics and financial modelling. As PoGo’s commercial and operations lead, his methodical approach to problem-solving drives strategic decision-making and contract reviews.

Immersed in sports and thrilling adventures, he’s not just excelling in data analytics but also in his sporting ventures.

From previously competing in Modern Pentathlon at the Youth Olympic Games to then pursuing his passion for competitive skiing at university. More recently he has tackled Ironman triathlons, Greg’s passion for sports knows no bounds! On weekends, he enjoys a change of pace by taking on the greens with his newly acquired love for golf.

He oversees our digital marketing efforts and analyses the charging experience to offer valuable improvements. As the driving force behind our branding efforts, he successfully lead on the launch earlier this year. Offering up an MSc in Digital & Social Media Marketing, Andrew has fully embraced the EV industry since leaving University and is excited about its future direction.

Andrew’s passion for golf and his poochie companion keep him busy outside of work, often exploring through long walks looking for his golf ball.

With a background in the SWARCO Sales Team, he joined PoGo in May 2022 and progressing with our ethos of customer service at the heart of our operations.

Michael’s commitment is more than professional; it’s personal. Drawing on his extensive experience and knowledge, he’s dedicated to creating a robust and accessible EV charging infrastructure that aligns with Scotland’s sustainability goals.

Through meticulous planning, strategic partnerships, and a deep understanding of local dynamics, Michael is shaping the future of electric mobility across the Scottish landscape.

This shines through in spearheading the Hospitality, Retail, and Leisure sector focus for PoGo. Chantelle’s strength lies in crafting ingenious business strategies that solve challenges and propel her clients to new heights.

Beyond her desk, she’s an avid traveler, a tennis enthusiast, and a connoisseur of Bristol’s finest dining spots. Not to forget, she’s a skilled DIY’er, making her mark in the world of home renovations.

Her academic journey includes degrees in Management and Leadership, as well as a master’s in International Business Management. Before joining PoGo in May 2023, Nasema excelled as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing industry.

Beyond her love for datasets and spreadsheets, Nasema’s passion lies with all things food-related. She loves experimenting with new recipes, exploring bucket list restaurants, and indulging in food shows.

With a strong foundation of 6 years in project management within the construction sector and 4 years specifically in large-scale modular construction, Tim is a seasoned expert. His proficiency extends to 2 years of successful delivery of EV infrastructure projects across both private and public sectors, including EV hubs.

Thriving in fast-paced environments, he derives immense satisfaction from driving projects to their successful conclusions, all the while contributing to a greener and more sustainable future. Tim’s qualifications include a BA Hons, SMSTS, and APM.

Outside of work, he seeks exhilarating adventures, engaging in mountain bike enduro, skydiving, surfing, and “anything outdoors!”

His proficiency in project and contract management is underpinned by academic achievements including a master’s degree in construction management and several HNDs covering Business Management, Project Management, and Engineering. David envisions PoGo becoming a household name in the realm of EV charging, as he works to rollout new PoGo charging sites across the country.

Outside of work, he frequents golf, reading, and cherises quality time spent with his grandson.

This experience seeing him deliver successful projects in the UK and abroad up to £12m. He ensures seamless project execution, prioritising safety, and sustainability. Highly qualified with MSc Civil Engineer and MSc Renewable Energy Engineer, he’s committed to environmental progress which is at the heart of PoGo.

Beyond work, Laszlo is a nature and travel lover, he can often be found hiking in the mountains.

A long serving member of the PoGo team since its inception, boasts 2 years of expertise in the EV sector. With a background in Civil engineering holding a BEng degree, he’s also gained a year’s experience in the solar sector, specialising in roof and ground mount solar PV systems.

His journey at PoGo spans all project stages, from conception to pre-construction and construction. In his current role as an Assistant Project Manager, he meticulously ensures our sites meet the highest standards. A dedicated advocate for sustainable energies, Reagan is driven by his commitment to the Net zero by 2050 goal.

Outside work, he’s an avid gamer, a fitness enthusiast engaging in football, basketball, and table tennis, and a traveler keen on new adventures.

With a diverse background, Tom’s journey spans from independent electrical work for 6 years, including EV installations and solar farms, to maintaining complex networks within the Defense sector for 3 years.

At PoGo, Tom channels this experience into meticulously crafting site designs that place emphasis on ensuring that every facet of the design aligns with the highest standards of security and user-friendly accessibility. His dedication to these aspects contributes to PoGo’s commitment to providing EV charging solutions that are not only efficient but also dependable and user-centric.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Tom is a dedicated Volunteer Helmsman for the RNLI on the Dorset Coast and a busy parent of two children.

Rinku brings her expertise to the design team where she contributes to technical drawings and stunning 3D rendering. With a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a passion for sustainable development, she finds great fulfillment in her work at PoGo.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Rinku is a skilled dancer, and enjoys creating herbal teas, as well as crafting her own DIY herbal products.
