Tom’s team manage and lead the process of site acquisition from initial engagement all the way through to the site being ready for pre-construction to commence.
Tom’s a dynamic thinker, excelling in addressing industry challenges and sharing successful business strategies.
In his spare time Tom has a keen interest in football and cricket and enjoys running. He loves pub quizzes, reading, traveling and attempting to cook (he’s much better at quizzing).

Immersed in sports and thrilling adventures, he’s not just excelling in data analytics but also in his sporting ventures.
From previously competing in Modern Pentathlon at the Youth Olympic Games to then pursuing his passion for competitive skiing at university. More recently he has tackled Ironman triathlons, Greg’s passion for sports knows no bounds! On weekends, he enjoys a change of pace by taking on the greens with his newly acquired love for golf.

Rob has over a decade of energy sector project management experience and thrives on the fast-pace and satisfaction of seeing drivers charging their EV’s on sites he has delivered.
Outside of work, Rob has his hands full with a young family but when the opportunity arises, he can be found riding his bike in the local hills, playing the drums or getting stuck into his latest DIY project.

A long serving member of the PoGo team since its inception, boasts 2 years of expertise in the EV sector. With a background in Civil engineering holding a BEng degree, he’s also gained a year’s experience in the solar sector, specialising in roof and ground mount solar PV systems.
His journey at PoGo spans all project stages, from conception to pre-construction and construction. In his current role as an Assistant Project Manager, he meticulously ensures our sites meet the highest standards. A dedicated advocate for sustainable energies, Reagan is driven by his commitment to the Net zero by 2050 goal.
Outside work, he’s an avid gamer, a fitness enthusiast engaging in football, basketball, and table tennis, and a traveler keen on new adventures.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Tom is a dedicated Volunteer Helmsman for the RNLI on the Dorset Coast and a busy parent of two children.
