Business Development Director

Tom Davies

With great experience in EV charging sales, Tom led a Key Accounts team to deliver £25m in revenue in 2022. As Business Development Director at PoGo, he drives growth and spearheads charging location pipeline. Tom’s team manage and lead the process of site acquisition from initial engagement all the way through to the site being ready for pre-construction to commence.

Tom’s a dynamic thinker, excelling in addressing industry challenges and sharing successful business strategies. In his spare time Tom has a keen interest in football and cricket and enjoys running. He loves pub quizzes, reading, traveling and attempting to cook (he’s much better at quizzing).

Head of Commercial

Greg Longden

Introducing Greg, our data-driven expert with an extensive background in energy trading.

A self-professed whizz at excel, growth and excellence are at the heart of Greg’s activities through data analytics and financial modelling. As PoGo’s commercial and operations lead, his methodical approach to problem-solving drives strategic decision-making and contract reviews.

Immersed in sports and thrilling adventures, he’s not just excelling in data analytics but also in his sporting ventures. From previously competing in Modern Pentathlon at the Youth Olympic Games to then pursuing his passion for competitive skiing at university. More recently he has tackled Ironman triathlons, Greg’s passion for sports knows no bounds! On weekends, he enjoys a change of pace by taking on the greens with his newly acquired love for golf.

Marketing Director

Danielle Cort

Danielle brings over four years of expertise in the EV sector to her role as Marketing Director at PoGo Charge. With a proven track record of leading dynamic teams to success in senior marketing positions, Dani is dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in all marketing endeavours.

When she’s not strategising campaigns or optimising customer experiences, you can find Dani keeping fit through various gym classes and long runs. She’s also a devoted dog parent to her energetic puppy, Paddy.
General Counsel

Ewen Cairns

Ewen Cairns has dual qualifications in Scottish and English law, bringing a unique and comprehensive perspective to the legal field. With a distinguished career that includes serving as a partner at a prominent law firm, Ewen now channels his expertise into the rapidly evolving realm of EV charging.

With nearly 20 years’ experience in the legal sector including 5 years specifically within the EV charging industry, Ewen brings his valuable knowledge and legal expertise to PoGo Charge.

Dedicated to promoting cleaner energy, Ewen Cairns is committed to supporting the efficient and effective deployment of EV charging infrastructure, driving progress towards a more sustainable future.
Head of Design and Engineering

Stephen Smith

Stephen leads a talented team of Architectural Designers at PoGo Charge from concept to completion. During his time in the EV industry, he has designed hundreds of EV hubs for leading CPO’s across the country. His previous automotive experience was in the commercial sector, where he focused on stations with associated Retail Stores and Electric Vehicle Charge points, Drive-Thru Restaurants/Coffee Shops etc. with project values of up to £8 million.
Head of Programme Management

Seamus O’Dwyer

Seamus O’Dwyer is our Head of Programme Management at PoGo Charge. He has over 10 years’ extensive experience in the vehicle industry. With a proven track record of successfully driving innovative projects from conception to completion, Seamus is adept at navigating complex challenges and delivering exceptional results. His deep understanding of both technical and operational aspects of vehicle development enables him to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Passionate about fostering collaboration and continuous improvement, Seamus plays a pivotal role in shaping our strategic initiatives and streamlining the successful execution of our projects.

Christina Baker

Christina Baker is Head of Construction at PoGo Charge, bringing over five years of comprehensive experience in project management and senior leadership. With a proven track record of successful project delivery, Christina is instrumental in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of our EV charging infrastructure expansion. Her leadership expertise ensures that all projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. A dynamic leader, Christina plays a critical role in driving our company’s mission forward. Her ability to navigate complex challenges and foster collaboration among team members is key to enhancing our operational efficiency and expanding our network of EV charging stations. Her leadership style empowers others to excel, cultivating a culture of professionalism and quality.
