The cost of charging at our stations can be easily viewed on the charger screen, as well as on our map, app, and website pages. We offer 2 standard tariffs split for AC and DC charging. By offering competitive charging tariff rates, PoGo ensures that our charging network remains financially sustainable, accessible, and well-maintained – allowing us to continue investing in the growth of our network.

RFID cards allow drivers to charge on our charging points and be billed through a central account, these come at a one-off cost of £10 per card and take approximately 10-14 days to arrive. Create an account here (https://account.pogocharge.com/register) to manage your charging sessions, view and download invoices, order an RFID card and get access to our mobile app. Users can have multiple RFID cards associated with one account, simply complete the self-serve form through your online account to place an additional order.

Our locations vary and local parking restrictions may be in place at our sites. Always check with local signage when charging as some of our sites require drivers to register their vehicle with the landowner or pay a standard parking fee.

Yes! However, for sessions completed using Zap-Pay, Allstar, or Paua, you’ll need to contact the respective roaming partner to obtain your receipt.
